Wonderful things in life come when you least expect it. Well, this was my experience during my visit to 'German bakery'. This was my 4th day of my Goa tour and two of my friends were ending their trip, so we wanted to go somewhere special. To our disappointment Burger Factory near Anjuna beach was sold out. This restaurant is not like any restaurants you've visited before, there are two seating options: the regular table and chair setup and a Japanese style dining setup (this one fills up quick, so make sure you arrive early). That being said, lets come to the other awesome things, during my visit we were treated to a traditional Rajastani performance, were the guests were encouraged to go up on the stage and dance with the performers. Also, the restaurant has its own store were they sell some tasty treats, be sure to check it out.

The preparation of food is very professional, you can tell by the way its presented. We ordered a Dragon Bowl, Thai Green bowl, mushroom burger, chicken burger, scrambled eggs and a bowl of fruits for dessert. As the name implies Dragon bowl, is a Chinese styled preparation of rice and chicken topped with delicious freshly prepared sauce. The Thai green bowl is a veggie version of the Dragon bowl were Chicken is replaced by fresh vegetables. Scrambled eggs were served with slices of cucumber, tomato and lettuce, though the quantity of the scrambled eggs was a bit disappointing, the taste was great. Accustomed to the way how burgers are served in KFC and MC Donald's, we were absolutely surprised by the way how burgers are served here, freshly prepared ingredients for the burger such as patty, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and sauce are laid out before and you get to build your burger.
